Strategic evaluation of people through outcomes, not resumes.

The Model
Most hiring systems evaluate candidates through resumes and interviews.
The HERO Framework evaluates something more fundamental: how a person creates outcomes inside a system.
It is a four-stage evaluation model designed for founders, hiring leaders and recruiters who need more than credentials to make confident hiring decisions.

Framework Breakdown
Framework Layer
Resumes describe what someone did. Context explains how they think. Evaluating the environment that shaped a person reveals the complexity they've operated in, the pressure they've navigated, and the decisions they've owned.
Evaluate for
Signal Layer
Skill lists describe potential. Signals describe evidence. The goal is to identify patterns of real action — what was built, what was broken, what was owned end-to-end. This is fundamentally different from matching resumes to job descriptions.
Look for
Evaluation Layer
Most hiring failures are alignment failures. The candidate was capable — just not aligned with the complexity, culture or operating rhythm of the role. Alignment evaluation prevents mismatches that look good on paper but fail in practice.
Key questions
Outcome Layer
Strategic hiring doesn't evaluate the past for its own sake. It uses the past as a signal for what someone will create. Outcome potential is the most forward-looking and strategically important dimension of HERO.
